Sharp & Carter in Sydney seeks a senior Head of Employee Relations to lead the national ER and IR advisory service, set strategy and governance, and partner with operational leaders to provide practical, commercially sound advice across a multi-site workforce.
You will report to the GM of People and drive enterprise bargaining, investigations and disputes while monitoring legislative change and developing national policies and standards to support consistent practice.
