ForHealth Group is seeking a warm, confident Patient Experience Concierge for our Charlestown clinic. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you’ll create a positive, supportive and productive experience from check-in through to departure, ensuring comfort and clarity at every step.
You’ll support reception with bookings, scanning, basic admin and phone tasks, maintain front-of-house presentation, and help educate patients about healthcare programs such as CDBS and CDM.
