Mercy Health is seeking an experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager for Werribee Mercy Hospital Emergency Department in Victoria. You will provide clinical leadership, support the Nurse Unit Manager, and coordinate daily ED operations to ensure protected, patient-centred care.

You will lead nursing teams across shifts, promote evidence-based practice, manage patient flow and workforce development, and contribute to quality improvements in a busy, expanding ED setting as part of Mercy Health's
