BaptistCare is seeking an experienced Residential Support Consultant to provide clinical leadership and operational support across NSW and ACT residential aged care facilities. The role focuses on governance, quality, and mentoring, with regular travel to sites.

You will mentor CTMs and site leaders, drive compliance, and lead improvement initiatives. The role requires an RN with robust leadership experience, understanding of aged care accreditation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
