Axxion Search is recruiting a Continuous Improvement Lead for a large food manufacturing operation in the Somerset / Lockyer Valley region, about an hour west of Brisbane. This hands-on, site-based role focuses on boosting operational performance across Production, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain.

You will work closely with frontline teams and site leadership to identify inefficiencies, solve recurring problems and embed practical CI processes across the operation, turning improvement
