Journey Early Learning Fernvale is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead operations, educational quality and team performance at our Fernvale centre. You will manage staffing, occupancy and budgets while driving EYLF-aligned programs and ensuring NQS compliance in a welcoming workplace.

You'll shape the centre's culture, develop educators, build community partnerships and lead continuous improvement initiatives with support from Journey's network.
