Northern Health seeks an experienced Associate Midwifery Unit Manager to lead the Maternity Assessment Centre (MAC) and support the NUM in running a 24/7 unit. You will oversee midwifery resources, ensure timely patient flow, and uphold high standards of care within a team-oriented multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, staff development, safe patient care, and alignment with NH values across all campuses in Melbourne’s rapidly growing northern region.
