Job Description

In this permanent full-time position, you will:

- Balance clinical practice (0.5 FTE) with strategic and leadership responsibilities (0.5 FTE).
- Drive safer, more connected healthcare for unique communities.
- Provide leadership across multiple facilities and collaborate with a regional referral centre.
- Oversee medical service delivery and clinical governance.
- Support and mentor medical staff.
- Contribute to strategic planning and service improvement initiatives.

About the Candidate

- Relevant tertiary qualification and current registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
- Fellowship in General Practice (FACRRM or FRACGP/FRACGP-RG/FARGP).
- Advanced skills in one or more areas: Emergency Medicine, Remote Medicine, Adult Internal Medicine, Paediatrics,



Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health, Mental Health, or Small Town General Practice.
- C Class Motor Vehicle Licence.
- Ability to meet pre-employment screening and vaccination requirements.

Work Environment

- Competitive remuneration package up to $700,253 p.a.
- Base salary $216,643-$274,678 p.a. (L18-L27).
