The Dakabin Hotel is on the hunt for a Bistro Supervisor to join the team.

The Bistro Supervisor will have a strong focus and help lead our front of house staff during key services, ensuring we deliver industry best service will be at the forefront at all times. Previous experience in a Supervisor or similar leadership role

A hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the floor





Ability to perform in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
