Bayside Health is seeking a Nurse in Charge for the Phillip Island Community Hospital Urgent Care Centre on a fixed-term contract from 21 December 2026 to 15 March 2027, totaling 56 hours per fortnight. The role requires leadership of clinical staff and delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in a busy setting.

You will demonstrate sound clinical knowledge, effective time management and solid collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to support patient and family needs.
