What You'll Be Responsible

- Previous experience as a Store Manager or a strong Assistant Store Manager ready for the next step
- Proven experience leading, coaching and developing a retail team
- A strong understanding of sales targets, KPIs and commercial performance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
