Just Better Care, Manly, is seeking a Systems Support Officer to be the go-to person for AlayaCare across the national network. You will provide first and second-line IT support to Franchise Owners and staff, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation and a knowledge base to empower offices to self-serve.
You will also test changes, monitor performance, and deliver remote and in-person training while following privacy protocols for client information.
