Cordium is seeking friendly, motivated and organised Medical Receptionists to join our growing teams across Ashgrove, South Bank, Carina, Cleveland and Broadbeach. As a family-owned healthcare group, we pride ourselves on creating welcoming, patient-focused practices where teamwork, professionalism and excellent customer service are at the heart of what we do. We're looking for people who enjoy working in a busy environment, communicate confidently and take pride in providing a positive experience for patients and practitioners alike.

Previous medical reception experience is advantageous but not essential. We welcome applications from candidates with strong customer service, administration and computer skills, with training provided for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome patients and respond to telephone, in-person and electronic enquiries.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient bookings.
- Process billings, payments and general administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage correspondence,



scanning and filing.
- Liaise with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a tidy, professional and welcoming reception environment.
- Support the wider practice team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

- Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- A proactive, reliable and team-oriented approach.
- A commitment to patient confidentiality and quality customer service.
- Previous medical reception or Best Practice experience is highly regarded but not essential.
- Valid Australian working rights.
