Employer Sponsored Jobs on the Gold Coast is seeking a hands-on Head Chef to lead two kitchens—a high-volume grill house and a 1920s-inspired lounge. You will design menus, manage food costs, and mentor a brigade of sous chefs, cooks and kitchen hands.

This role requires formal cookery training, proven experience in rapid-paced venues, and the ability to oversee prep, line service and functions, while maintaining safety and quality.
