Amazon Australia is seeking a Learning Area Manager to join the PER4 site leadership team at the Mixed Fulfilment Centre in Jandakot, Perth. This role leads the Training and Learning & Development function across day and night shifts on a 12-month secondment, owning the end-to-end learning agenda for the site and leading a team of Training Coordinators.
You’ll partner with Operations, Safety and support functions to drive performance through excellent training and be an active member of the site
