Hourglass Cosmetics seeks a Retail Manager, ANZ, in a hybrid capacity, overseeing brand execution across Australia and New Zealand, including Sephora and Travel Retail. You will lead frontline teams, drive sales targets, and uphold Hourglass standards.

You will coach the Retail and Events team, partner with retailers and cross-functional teams to deliver trainings, launches, and activations, ensuring premium customer experiences and solid commercial results.
