The Fresh Collective is seeking an experienced Bistro Operations Lead to join our Strathfield Golf Club team. You will oversee Bistro 18 and the Halfway Kiosk, guiding the front-of-house team from the floor and ensuring outstanding guest experiences.

You will lead service, manage day-to-day decisions, maintain standards, and support events while developing staff and delivering a warm, welcoming atmosphere for club members and guests.
