Kuehne+Nagel Australia is seeking a Sea Logistics Operational Care Supervisor, VAS, to lead operations, drive efficiency and ensure high-quality export service delivery. You’ll manage carrier relationships, support customer care teams, and push continuous improvement across the operation.

You will balance operational efficiency with service quality, monitor KPIs, and contribute to growth in sea logistics. A team-oriented culture and focus on development are emphasized in this role.
