What You’ll Be Doing:

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to accelerate Dulux’s growth across the Ballarat region. This is a high‑impact role focused on deepening existing customer relationships, increasing wallet share, and delivering tailored solutions across the DuluxGroup Decorative Paints portfolio. As part of the Dulux Trade Sales Team, you’ll thrive in a diverse, inclusive, and rapid‑paced environment, with a strong focus on transactional sales, rapid onboarding, and profitable growth—building trusted partnerships with trade painters and commercial contractors while helping an iconic brand continue to win.
