Pace Farm is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the Euroa VIC and region, with travel to rural sites. The role focuses on employee relations, performance management, investigations, coaching, and culture development.

You will partner with site leaders to strengthen capability, manage complex employee matters, and ensure compliant HR practices while supporting change initiatives. Based at regional sites with regular travel.
