COS is seeking a Sales Manager based in Cairns to lead the Cairns and Townsville sales teams, manage key local customers, and develop new business opportunities. You will report to the Head of Sales for Schools and Regional Cities and play a hands-on leadership role across North Queensland.

The role focuses on delivering strong sales performance, excellent customer service, and sustainable growth while supporting branch and regional performance in a hybrid work workplace in Cairns.
