WorkCover Queensland is seeking a Claims Liability Advisor to determine high-risk workers' compensation claims by gathering evidence and interpreting legislation. You will communicate outcomes, resolve escalations and tailor your approach to each claim.
You will also strengthen capability across the Recent Claims team through coaching, feedback and peer reviews, sharing expertise and contributing to reviews as a senior officer. This is a senior, impact-driven role within a supportive team.
