Rio Tinto is seeking a Technical Trainer to develop the technical skills, knowledge and confidence of our workforce at the Gove site. You will deliver engaging training, assess competency and support safe, effective performance in operating roles.

You will partner with leaders to ensure programs meet operational requirements and drive continuous improvement. This hands-on role suits someone who loves learning, enjoys coaching others, and thrives in a energetic mining environment.
