Department of Education Victoria’s Early Learning Victoria Numurkah is seeking a cook/chef to prepare nutritious meals for a 102-place centre including three and four-year-old programs. You will ensure dietary requirements are met, manage stock within budget, and maintain a secure kitchen in compliance with Food Safety Act and ELV policies.
Experience in high-volume cooking and knowledge of food safety, plus WWC checks and delivery of culturally appropriate meals, is required.
