The firm is known for its collaborative culture, strong national integration and commitment to developing senior lawyers into visible, influential roles within the practice.

This opportunity will suit a motivated lawyer with at least 5 years' PQE across M& A, corporate advisory, private transactions and/or ECM, gained from a respected law firm or in‐house environment. The team advises across: Private M& A and corporate transactions Capital markets and capital raisings Listings and ECM matters Venture capital and growth‐stage investments Corporate governance and advisory Commercial contracts and strategic arrangements You will have the chance to play a significant role on transactions, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with partners who are deeply invested in the growth of the practice.
