Mercure Gold Coast Resort is seeking a Bar Manager to oversee daily bar operations, craft cocktails, and lead the F&B; team at our coastal resort. You will drive beverage menu design, mentor staff, and ensure a superior guest experience across the bar and related outlets.

RSA certificate required; candidates should be available weeknights, weekends and peak season, with reliable transport and in office parking. Complimentary shift meals and Accor discounts are provided.
