We're looking for an experienced Senior Audio Visual Technician who's ready to take the lead onsite and become a key player in our close-knit, high-performing team.

Purpose of the Position

As Senior Audio Visual Technician, you'll play a leading role in the successful onsite delivery of our commercial AV projects. Working closely with our Project Management Team, you'll take ownership of installation quality, coordinate onsite activities and provide guidance and support to fellow technicians.

We're looking for someone who leads by example, takes initiative and has the confidence to make decisions, solve problems and keep projects moving.

What You'll Do

- Set, cut and install cable, including conduit, cable tray and ducting.
- Terminate and test AV and data cables.
- Build and configure data racks, with a strong focus on neat, professional workmanship.
- Read and interpret AV schematics and cable layouts.
- Install audiovisual equipment, including speakers, microphones, cameras, projectors and displays.
- Fault-find, troubleshoot and assist with commissioning AV systems.
- Take the lead on onsite installations,



coordinating daily activities and ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
- Guide and support fellow technicians, sharing your knowledge and setting the standard for quality and professionalism.
- Proactively identify challenges, communicate project progress and work with the team to deliver practical solutions.
- Document projects and provide reporting.

What We're Looking For

- An experienced AV Technician who's ready to take ownership and step into a leadership role.
- A self-starter who works confidently both independently and as part of a team.
- Solid understanding of AV cabling installation and system design.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and layouts.
- Experience with neat, structured rack building.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- A team player who leads by example, supports others and takes pride in delivering quality work.
- Willingness to travel, including international opportunities.
- White Card and current driver's licence.
