Haigh's Chocolates is seeking a Chocolate Maker – Master Operator to join the Production team at Mile End. This permanent full-time role offers day shifts from Monday to Friday and involves learning the craft of transforming cocoa beans into premium chocolate.
You'll work with raw ingredients, traditional methods and contemporary equipment, learning to roast, refine, blend and process chocolate while upholding food safety and quality standards.
