This is a diverse, hands-on role that beautifully combines clinical dental assisting (Mostly) with front desk/reception duties. If you are someone who loves a diverse workday—moving seamlessly from helping a patient feel comfortable in the chair to managing a busy front desk—you will thrive here. While experience is highly prized, Entry Level trainee for the right person will be considered.

Key responsibilities

Chairside assisting during dental procedures, preparing and setting up surgeries, and ensuring the highest standards of sterilization and infection control.

Greeting patients warmly, answering phone inquiries, managing bookings, and coordinating patient recalls.

Processing HICAPS/EFTPOS transactions and maintaining meticulous digital patient records.
