An established North Shore real estate agency is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join its team.

You’ll take ownership of a residential portfolio, building long-term relationships with landlords and tenants and making sure every property is managed to a high standard.

The role covers rent reviews, lease renewals, arrears, repairs and maintenance, routine inspections and tenancy matters, including NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal proceedings.

The agency takes a practical approach to flexibility, so you can manage a senior portfolio while still keeping a healthy balance outside of work.

Previous residential property management experience is required.

This would suit an experienced Property Manager ready to step up, or a Senior Property Manager looking for a more balanced working week.

The role offers a $130,000 package inclusive of superannuation.
