Ivo is seeking a Founding APAC Enterprise Customer Success Manager for our Australian office. You will onboard and support large APAC customers, act as the trusted advisor, and help drive renewals and upsells while shaping Ivo’s APAC presence.

You will own customer success plans, provide product demonstrations, coordinate with stakeholders across regions, and ensure scalable, high-value adoption of our AI-driven contracting platform.
