Flight Centre Travel Group in Brisbane seeks a Team Leader to drive sales, lead a store team and own customer service standards. You’ll manage budgets and P&L;, mentor current starters, and collaborate with an Area Leader to shape the in-store environment.

You will be the go-to person for the team, model the company values, and participate in leadership training to set the team up for ongoing success.
