The Prince Newcastle Pty Ltd in Newcastle NSW seeks a Chef de Partie to join our busy, high-volume kitchen at The Prince gastropub. You will own your section, ensuring prep, cooking and presentation meet our exacting venue standards.

Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery is preferred, and you will mentor junior staff, maintain hygiene and stock controls, and work a rotating roster including nights, weekends and holidays. The package reflects experience, with a market-competitive salary.
