Work closely with senior engineers to turn architecture into scalable solutions, mentor teams, and stay close to the code.Key Responsibilities IncludeDesign and deliver developer tooling, pipelines, and scalable platform capabilities (APIs, registries, portals) Stay hands‐on with code, leading complex and greenfield builds while breaking architecture into clear deliverables Drive best practice across Dev Ops, CI/CD, and engineering workflows to improve quality and speed Mentor engineers and uplift capability across squads Lead incident response and embed continuous improvement practices Integrate AI/LLM capabilities to enhance developer productivity and experience Skills & Experience Solid hands‐on engineering background across Go, Java (Spring Boot), or Type Script (React/Next.js)
