Develop individualised treatment plans and intervention strategies to maximise independence, functional capacity, and quality of life. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Collaborate with clients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop person-centred care plans and ensure holistic support.Communicate effectively with Stakeholders Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to enhance daily living skills, cognitive abilities, mobility, and self-care. Provide education and support to clients, caregivers, and support workers to enhance their understanding of occupational therapy interventions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation. Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and regulatory changes.Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
