BB Waterhole Pty Ltd trading as Willawarrin Hotel in Willawarrin, NSW, is seeking experienced Chefs for full time, permanent positions. The hotel, a heritage-listed country venue, offers a five-room accommodation package and a bistro serving lunch Thu–Sun and dinner Wed–Sat. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 per annum, depending on experience. Responsibilities include kitchen operations, cooking and presentation to high standards, inventory management, cost control, and strict adherence to
