Centacare Catholic Family Services in Mount Gambier seeks a Case Manager for the EASE program to deliver trauma-informed, early intervention case management to victim-survivors across the Limestone Coast. You will provide face-to-face, community-based support tailored to diverse backgrounds and circumstances.

You will empower clients to enhance safety and wellbeing through timely advocacy, connections to services, and team-oriented work with the Team Leader and Community Development Worker.
