Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service is seeking a Social Worker to deliver generalist services across the Banana region, including inpatient and outpatient settings. You will manage complex caseloads, advocate for patients and coordinate referrals to health and community services.

The role involves leading clinical service development, quality improvement and providing supervision and mentoring to staff and students within a multidisciplinary team.
