RLDatix is seeking a Melbourne-based Implementation Consultant to join our Services Delivery team. You will deliver standardised SaaS deployments, from requirements gathering through go-live, enabling customers to achieve optimal outcomes from RLDatix workforce management solutions.
You will work closely with customers and internal teams, running workshops, configuring platforms, training users, and supporting change management while leveraging AI and automation to improve delivery efficiency.
