Quantium, based in Sydney, seeks a Senior HR Operations Officer for an 8-month fixed-term contract. You will manage the day-to-day HR case work, including onboarding, leave, mobility and offboarding, interfacing with our India-based People Experience team and IT, Finance and Payroll partners.

You will apply P&C; policies, drive process improvements using automation, and support compliance across the employee lifecycle.
