Autosports Group is seeking a high-performing Business Manager for our Castle Hill Volkswagen & XPeng dealership. You will own finance volume, F&I; income, and department profitability, delivering value in a high-volume, high-prospect sales environment.

In this role you will support customer finance enquiries, submit applications, liaise with financiers, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving exceptional customer experiences and sustained sales opportunities.
