Harris Farm Markets is seeking a Store Leader to support the Store Manager in all aspects of running a fast-paced, fresh-food setting. You will own admin and compliance for the store, roster across departments, and keep the back-office ticking so the store runs smoothly.

You will lead teams to deliver excellent service, drive sales and maintain high presentation standards, while coaching team members and ensuring WHS and food safety compliance.
