Queensland Department of Education – Tannum Sands State High School is seeking a compassionate Guidance Officer to support students' educational, social, emotional and mental health needs. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, skilled judgement, and respectful, confidential practice.

You will work with school staff, families and external services to coordinate student support, provide counseling and career guidance, and develop individualised plans while upholding confidentiality
