Victorian Aboriginal Legal Service (VALS) – Shepparton, VIC, is seeking an Aboriginal Community Engagement Worker to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people. The role focuses on safety, wellbeing and engagement with legal and non-legal services, delivering culturally responsive case support and advocacy.

This hands-on, relationship-based position operates within Balit Ngulu, offering a pathway away from the justice system through community partnerships and holistic care.
