Experienced Customer Service Officer Wanted!

Due to growth, our client is seeking dedicated individuals to be a part of a driven and motivated team, focusing on project work related to client enquiries. This national role involves close collaboration with executive management and team members, where supporting their clients is paramount.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will:

- Make outbound calls to engaged existing clients.
- Identify and process new enquiries from a database.
- Assess clients' situations and future needs.
- Determine eligibility based on specific criteria.
- Progress qualified enquiries for further assessment.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions.
- Proactively address issues impacting client experience.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed.
- Support team efficiency and collaboration.

We are looking for someone with:

- Experience in high-volume customer service phone-based roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Salesforce (Desirable)
- Legal or Insurance industry background (Advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to write clear, structured notes.




- Professional, empathetic, and positive phone demeanour.
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
- Passion for customer service and a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to build rapport and adapt to changing situations.
- Capability to prioritize and escrow workflows and enquiries when necessary.
