H&M; Australia is seeking a Department Manager to lead a dynamic team on the sales floor, driving excellent customer experiences and meeting profit goals. You will set plans for your department, mentor staff, and manage performance with a focus on results, values, and leadership.

You will regularly analyse KPIs, run succession planning, and implement development plans to maximize store performance. This is a full-time role with access to global development opportunities and attractive benefits.
