We are seeking a skilled and reliable Window Cleaner to join the FAMASO team in Sydney. This is a full-time position based in Sydney NSW 2000. As a Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning windows across a variety of commercial and industrial properties. This role is essential to delivering high-quality cleaning services and maintaining the professional standards that FAMASO is known for. You will work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring all windows are cleaned to the highest standards using safe and efficient practices.
Key responsibilities
- Clean windows, frames, sills and ledges on commercial properties using appropriate tools and techniques
- Operate and maintain equipment such as squeegees, scrapers, ladders and water-fed poles safely and effectively
- Prepare work areas and inspect windows for damage or issues that may require reporting
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment
- Communicate professionally with clients and address any concerns or special cleaning requests
- Complete work efficiently whilst maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail
- Transport equipment and materials to and from job sites
- Maintain a clean and organised work vehicle and equipment
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Window Cleaner or in a similar cleaning role
- Strong knowledge of different window cleaning techniques and best practices
- Ability to work safely at heights and comfort using ladders and access equipment
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the day
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Reliable, punctual and professional demeanour with strong customer service skills
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel to multiple locations
- Current or willingness to obtain relevant health and safety certifications
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
