Leora Healthcare is seeking a casual Disability Support Worker to assist a client with complex care needs in Denistone West. The role involves personal care, high-intensity supports, and promoting dignity and independence.

You will work with family and healthcare professionals, handle medication administration, catheter and bowel care, and drive the client’s van to appointments and activities. Current checks and a valid Australian driver’s licence are required.
