A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to deliver outcomes within tight timeframes.
Experience with job evaluation frameworks, industrial instruments or remuneration within a large or complex organisation will be highly regarded.
While experience in employee benefits would be welcomed, the primary focus of this role is remuneration, so extensive advantages experience is not essential.

Initial 3-month contract with potential for a further 3-month extension.
Opportunity to contribute to meaningful remuneration initiatives.
Work closely with an experienced People & Culture leadership team.
