HammondCare is seeking a part time Workplace Coach to join our Horsley residential home. You will work with the Residential and Learning Team to coach and mentor staff, focusing on implementing HammondCare Principles of Care and improving outcomes for residents.

You will deliver learning activities in various formats, plan training schedules, and support staff through orientation and the retention program, all within a values-driven Christian mission.
